What inspired you to start your business?
I had worked in the charity sector for 15 years and finally decided that I needed to make a change. With the skills that I acquired, I decided to start my own Virtual Assistance business to support entrepreneurs, especially disabled business owners. I wanted to provide flexible, high-quality virtual assistant services and my business has grown a lot since!
What does your business do? And how is it different from competitors?
We support small business owners and entrepreneurs with flexible, cost-effective services that eliminate the need for in-house staff. The services we provide include:

Professional Minute-Taking
Marketing and Website Services
Online Training and Digital Products
Our team are remotely based and deliver services across the UK. Integrity is key to everything we do. We are respected for our commitment to honesty, trust and transparency to our staff and clients.

What will you use/have used the funding for?
We used the funding to support our operational growth such as our marketing efforts and expanding our services. We’ve also used the funding to recruit and train team members as well as enhancing our overall reach so that we can better serve our clients.
