We work efficiently to complete deals, typically in 3-8 weeks, though providing documentation promptly can significantly reduce this timeframe.

Your Investment Manager personally reviews every client to ensure the best possible funding outcome.

Sign up with us

Join our Introducer panel and get assigned a dedicated Investment Manager. 

What documents are required?

To ensure a seamless process, introducers will need to collect and submit the following documents to your dedicated Investment Manager: 

Identity and address verification  

Business plan (if trading less than 5 years) 

Executive summary on borrowing requirements

12 months cashflow forecast 

6 months business / personal bank statements

Asset & liabilities statement 

2 years accounts (where relevant)
