Whether you have outgrown your current offices or are just starting out, we offer a range of cost-effective, managed office space suitable for small to medium-sized businesses.  A lot of our managed space has the added benefit of being within the same building as our team of professionals, who can offer free business advice and support without the need to step outside the front door. We also provide meeting and conference facilities on flexible terms.



Sherwood Rise office space

We have fully-serviced office space available at our headquarters in Sherwood Rise, just a few minutes from Nottingham city centre.

There are 11 offices available, providing accommodation for between three and seven people per office. The rent for these units range from £3,100 to £6,240 per annum, and all units are available on flexible terms and conditions.


Ideal space for meetings and training events

If you’re looking for somewhere professional and affordable to hold meetings and impress your clients, we have conference facilities available.

Our conference room is an ideal space for meetings and can comfortably seat up to 16 people, making it a perfect training venue.
